De-Livery
A game made for the Ludum Dare 53 Compo. Theme is "Delivery." This is a game about removing livers. It's a pun. De-livery. Get it?
Your objective is to move as many livers as possible from the guy on the operating table's open chest to the metal tray on the other side of the screen.
Use WASD to control one grabber-hand, and use the arrow keys to control the other. Press space when both grabber-hands are solidly above the liver to pick it up, and press space again while holding the liver to drop it again.
Overstretching or compressing the liver will cause it to accrue damage, as will letting it touch the blades of any of the scalpels or scissors scattered between the guy and the tray. You can move the grabber-hands independently to rotate and stretch the liver to try to squeeze it past all the obstacles.
Your score is based on how many livers you deliver and how damaged they are. Try to move quickly, but with great care.
Also, read the lines scrolling by in the news-ticker at the top of the screen! I think some of them are funny, at least.
